Large one-bedroom suite with a private side entrance in a family home located on a quiet street in Charlottetown with free parking included. The space is a large bedroom with an air conditioner, a recently renovated bathroom and bright living room with a microwave,mini fridge and coffee maker.It is conveniently located with the farmers market, grocery store, and many restaurants within walking distance. It is a 5 minute drive and 15 minute walk from the downtown Charlottetown.
