We live on a private dead end road so very little traffic. My husband is a lobsterman so live lobster is always available. He gives eco boat trips to the surrounding islands when he can fit it into his schedule.
I have never charged a cleaning fee but expect the cottage to be left clean and tidy.

Our house is on one of the back acres. We are close by if you need us but we do not intrude. We have a dog Pilot that has the run of the acreage and you will see him daily. We welcome pets as long as they are friendly and well behaved Pilot is always looking for a playmate. We charge a $50 fee for any pets.
