"Nancy's Oasis" is a cozy backyard guest room in a beautiful outdoor oasis located in the center of Jacksonville, not far from the Interstates, with easy access to everything. 5-10 minutes from downtown, Convention Center, Veterans Memorial Arena, TIAA Bank Field (Jaguar Stadium) and Times Union Center, 20 min to Mayo Clinic.
NOTE: Due to Covid 19, I am limiting the number of visiting guests on the property at this time. No children under 12 allowed. No animals allowed.

Room has 55” Roku TV to access your premium movie channels. Relax in a cozy bed with a Sealy Posturepedic queen pillow top mattress. Sleeper sofa folds into full size bed. There is a small desk with computer chair. Outside, you are surrounded by beautiful landscaping, a pool with solar cover, swing chair, lots of seating, waterfall & jets, lots of umbrellas, a covered deck with table and chairs, a covered grill, and more for your enjoyment. At night sit by the wood or gas firepit or enjoy relaxing in the swing chair. There is also a screened in patio with a gas fire-pit, TV and beautiful night lighting and ambiance.

The room is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, AirFryer, plates and utensils for your meals, blowdryer, iron, makeup mirror and a USB charging station for your devices. There is also a fully stocked Keurig coffee station with coffee and tea. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, toilet paper and paper towels are supplied. This is all in 1 large room with a bed and sleeper sofa. NO KITCHEN OR SEPARATE BEDROOM!

I’m sorry but absolutely NO ANIMALS ALLOWED. This includes SERVICE ANIMALS. I have severe allergies so this is a health hazard for me. I love dogs though!

Due to the pool and liability reasons, no children under 12 are allowed without prior approval.

There is a sink outside on the deck with hot/cold water to wash your dishes. (There is only a small bathroom sink in room, not to be used for dishes.)

Outdoors you will feel like you are in a tropical Oasis. At night the Oasis lights up with beautiful lighting everywhere!
The Oasis is pretty quiet and guests will enjoy privacy.

There is a Bluetooth speaker for music,
and a putting green for you golfers! (Not even ground though.) Putter and golf balls provided.

There is WIFI in the room and an echo dot to ask Alexa for information or play music in the screened in patio.

There is also a Roku TV, USB ports, fans, sunscreen, bug spray, fire pit, pool towels and nice seating area in the screened in patio.

*NOTE: All outside amenities are shared with myself and my visitors. We sometimes grill out or use the pool in the day and sometimes at night…but not late at night. You are welcome to join us.

Stroll through the charming tree-lined streets of historic Riverside & Avondale for fabulous dining, antique shopping, fun bars and trendy boutiques. View the world-class art collection at the Cummer Museum of Art and Gardens and don't miss the exciting 5 Points area.
Riversides 5 points area has a lot of restaurants and nightlife for the under 40 crowd. About 5 miles from your Oasis.
Five Points is a hip residential neighborhood known for its bohemian cluster of vintage shops and eclectic eateries. There's an art-house movie theater on Park Street, while King Street has lively bars and gastropubs serving craft beer. There are dining and shopping options with a hip, local twist. Go Tuk’n partners with the Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) to offer pay-to-ride shuttle service in the Riverside-Avondale areas.
By the river, the Cummer Museum of Art & Gardens displays international artwork spanning millennia, and features a series of formal gardens including the azalea-filled Italian Garden.
Listed in the National Registry of Historic Places, Riverside is one of Jacksonville’s oldest and coolest neighborhoods. Neptune Beach and Atlantic Beach have lots of restaurants and bars that’s more for the 30+ age groups.
