A private mobile home with your own garden and driveway. You will be able to relax here as well as using the area as a base for all the activities that you can do here in Lillooet. its a perfect setting for the " work from home" relocation and a bureau for your laptop where you can easily do the zoom meetings.
The main property is next door and separated by a fence as well as a pretty garden allowing you privacy.

You have a nice outdoor area to relax in the summer. There is well built car port for the vehicle during the winter
There is generous parking space for an RV as well as motor bikes if required. Its also a great location for a filming crew as you will have access private parking and a more secluded property location

Lillooet is a small town and is situated about 3.5 hours from North Vancouver and 1.45 hours from Whistler. In Lillooet you can hike, bike and explore until your heart is content. The town itself is a flat road and therefore makes the cycling in town pleasurable

we moved to Lillooet in the summer of 2018 . It is such a picturesque area with stunning mountains and beautiful lakes. We love it here and my description of this area is rugged. And yet one can still go into the nearby town and enjoy the coffee shops and the small stores and shop local. You can bike from the property and quench your thirst on the way home at Fort Berens winery ...Or you can just chill at the property and catch up on your novels .....
