Featuring hardwood floors and high ceilings, the open-concept living area is the perfect place to relax after beach days. One of the couches converts to a queen-size sleeper, while a flat-screen TV sets the scene for movie nights.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up favorite recipes in the well-equipped kitchen, appointed with a full suite of appliances and ample counter space.

When it’s time to dine, the table seats eight and the kitchen island accommodates two.

A bonus room downstairs includes a refrigerator and sink.

BED & BATH

This home sleeps 10 guests between a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area and two bedrooms, each of which has a flat-screen TV.

The primary bedroom is fitted with a king-size bed, two twin-size futons, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is furnished with two queen-size beds. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

A half bath creates added convenience.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

A spacious patio beneath the home is an ideal to unwind. Fire up the charcoal grill and dine alfresco at the dining table with seating for six.
