Superior Deluxe Ocean View Condo recently remodeled. New bedroom furniture & Sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress, FULLY equipped kitchen, with all appliances and utensils, condiments and spices, coffee maker, toaster. Beach towels,chairs, umbrella, mats, and some beach toys. Washer/dryer in the unit, Everything you will need for a carefree vacation! Unobstructed view of the beach, right across the street. This is a corner unit as well.

Deluxe Ocean View Unit #200. Our condos are very clean and upgraded and all-inclusive, we don't charge extra for A/C, etc as most owners do. We also have a washer/dryer in the unit, we include FREE calling anywhere in the US and Canada & Mexico since most cell service either drops calls or goes to Roaming near the beach. We have a California King Nova Foam VERY comfortable mattress in the bedroom, Queen size pull-out sofa in the living room with a memory foam mattress, and a futon mattress for the 5th small person or child. Bedroom furniture and sleeper couch newly purchased. Also, the OCEAN VIEW from our unit's lanai (balcony) is a big plus!

You can walk to 13-14 different restaurants with Mexican, American, French, Greek, Chineese, Japaneese, Hawaiian menues. Shopping next door with a lot of little shops. Kamaole II white sand beach is across the street, Wailea, one of the most expensive parts of teh island is 1/2 mile away, lot of PGA Golf courses near by. Also snorkeling, boating, fishing and other tours offered next door.

My husband Gerry and I owned travel agencies & Real Estate companies and are very tuned in to travelers and their intricate needs. We go to Maui, Hawaii and Waynesboro, PA at least 2 times per year to update/freshen up our units. Gerry is a licensed building contractor and he likes to update and work on properties;) And I like to decorate, stage properties, plant & design flower gardens.

For travelers coming to Los Angeles, we have 2 homes on Beachwood Dr. in Hollywood Hills that can accommodate from 1 to 14 people very central to Hollywood, Universal Studios and lots of tourist areas! Also a single unit that can accommodate 1 to 5 people in the Miracle Mile, very central to LAX Airport, Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Down Town Los Angeles, etc. And near Pasadena, CA in Altadena, CA

Plus 3 condos across from the Beach in Maui, Hawaii in S. Kiei near Wailea. 2 have direct ocean views.

A 7,500sf Mansion in Waynesboro, PA listed under “Beautiful Mansion in the Country”, which is also a Wedding Venue, we are licensed to host up to 32 people overnight and up to 120 for events. Look us up when your travels call for these areas of the world. We look forward to hosting you and your family & friends.

By the way, I also Speak Arabic and Amharic (Ethiopian language, which is not on the Airbnb language charts, I don't read or write Arabic, but speak it fluently).
