Cozy and homey retreat. No stairs to climb. 45 minutes to the Oregon coast, 10 minutes to OSU, close to hiking, biking, and parks. Quiet neighborhood. This is an apartment with a fully stocked kitchenette.

To conserve resources, we keep the heat off when not in use. The cadets heat the space very quickly, but to have a warmer welcome, please give us your estimated arrival time. Please lower the thermostat when you will be gone for the day.

Although we have a smart TV for watching DVDs or streaming your own programs, we do not subscribe to any streaming service nor do we have access to any standard televised programing or news channels.

We purchased this dwelling and rented the upstairs to our daughter who is now launched on a new adventure.

My husband is a master wood craftsman but also enjoys tinkering. I love to read, learn new things, quilt, and garden.
