We love it at Phillip Island too and at times occupy the private, seperate and secure upper level of the property. This is accessed through the private garage allowing for guests privacy at all times. (Similar to upper and ground level apartments). Every effort is made to keep house noise to a minimum however please allow for usual house noises if owners are occupying private upstairs residence, the nightly rate is priced realistically to compensate for this.

The aim is to provide an affordable, private, comfortable, and independent stay for all guests.
