This stunning condo is in a brand new 24/7 security complex with a beautiful swimming pool and gym overlooking the pool and community garden. The complex also comes with private secure parking and elevators. You are walking distance to everything in the neighborhood including Foodie Trucks, Restaurants, Shops and Bavaro Beach.

This brand new apartment in Bavaro is beautiful. Clean and modern, with a full washing machine and dryer. The apartment has two en-suite bedrooms and a 1/2 bath on the balcony overlooking the pool. The complex is fully secure and has a small on-suite gym for those that like to keep fit while on vacation. It is within a few minutes walk to the "Bavaro Food Trucks" where you can enjoy international cuisine in an outdoor, casual setting. The beach is directly down the main road, approx. 5-7 minute walk. There are lots of restaurants, mini markets, shops, money exchange, spa, etc. all within a 5 minute walk of the apartment. If you wish to go to the shopping centres or larger grocery stores, Palma Real is within a 15 min walk or a 5 min bus ride. San Juan and Jumbo are approx. 15 min bus ride from the apartment.

Electricity consumed during your stay will be charged at 18 pesos per unit (subject to change). The meter will be read when you arrive and when you depart. For example if you use 50 units during your stay at 18 pesos per unit that would total 900 pesos, which is equivalent to $17 USD. Electricity must be paid in cash at exit.

I am originally from London, UK and have traveled to 34 different countries, lived in 5 of them and 13 years ago decided to move to this part of paradise - I have never looked back! In 2008 became an administrator where I live and have also been a property manager since then. The main concern for me is to ensure that the client has a good time whilst the property is well maintained. As an owner and a traveler I see both sides of the situation - I pride myself in giving a quality service to all parties involved.

It is easy to get to a hold of me and my colleague if any issues crop up (which is bound to happen once in a while) I like to get them resolved within 24 hours, that is my motto (depending on public holidays and busy schedules etc. of course) but I believe I have managed to reach this goal at least 95% of the time.

If there are any questions that you need answering, don't ever hesitate to ask, I take pleasure in helping everyone.
