Welcome to your luxury beachside escape. 'The Shore' is an absolute beach front home - there is no road in front, well maintained lawns lead to rolling dunes dotted with iconic Australian coastal plants leading onto the white sand and ocean.
The property is an entire 3 bedroom townhouse, adjoined with solid brick on only one side resulting in privacy and quiet. All amenities are provided for an enjoyable stay.

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms. The master, with queen- sized bed, has expansive views of the ocean. Watch the sunset from bed or on the balcony. The second bedroom has a double bed and the 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed. The upstairs rooms are completed with a family sized bathroom - modern, fully renovated. The bathroom has a free standing bath and the frameless shower boasts a huge luxury showerhead to wash away the salt and sand.

Downstairs, you'll find the open plan living area with new kitchen. All appliances and kitchen ware are provided to make you feel at home - dishwasher, microwave, oven, gas stovetops with range hood, pantry, full sized fridge & freezer. Two stools at the kitchen benchtop allow for guests to mingle in the kitchen. The living area spills out on the front deck and pergola. 3 sun lounges are provided for your relaxation to soak up the rays. And a dining table for 6. The pergola has festoon lights perfect for a magical evening. The healthy sand dune system has been restored and the dunes have grown so that they hide the shore beyond. The high dunes provide protection from the wind and a haven for birds and costal plants. A short walk (50metres) will have you right at the shore line. You can lap up the uninterrupted sea views from the upstairs balcony.

Two 3 seater sofas, smart TV and dining table for 6-8 complete the downstairs living space. Amenities on the ground floor include a second toilet and laundry with tub as well as linen cupboard with beach towels and extra bath towels.

The private rear courtyard with a gas BBQ (Webber Q). You'll also find a clothesline and small shed with beach equipment for your use - kids boogie boards x3, bucket & spades and beach chairs.

There is a remote controlled lock up garage. The garage is wide, but not long. If you have a longer car (ute, mini van, wagon) it may not fit in the garage. However, there is a drive way which easily accommodates 2 large cars.

This property is located in West Lakes shore, which is a costal suburb of Adelaide (a city of 1.5 million people). So you'll have all the amenities that you want (shopping, restaurants, entertainment, healthcare) but with the seclusion of being away from the hustle and bustle.
West Lakes Mall is 1.6kms away - a short walk or very quick drive. This mall offers extensive retail and dining options with a 6 cinema complex and playgrounds for children.
The property is a 20min drive from Adelaide airport (domestic and international). The drive to the Adelaide Central Business District is 25mins. There are many beachside precincts offering dining, retail and activities along the coast of Adelaide. Semaphore beach precinct is 7min north along the coast. Driving south along the coast Grange precinct 8 mins away, the iconic Henley Beach Square is 11mins and historic Glenelg 20mins.
