Earthship Karuna is a stunning and unique property bordering a nature reserve at Karuna Dham, 25 acres of blissful nature. Karuna Dham offers panoramic views, streams, waterfalls, diverse wildlife and an ancient untouched private Sholai forest. It is a safe and private place for all.

This luxurious home is totally off grid and self sufficient with all the amenities you will need. It is a large open plan home with 32 foot high vaulted ceiling and views of the mountains from the entire home.

The interior has been lovingly sculpted and finished with international artists. Some features that stand out are the beautiful spiral staircase, the wall murals, and of course plants and trees growing inside the home.

Outside there is a large private garden with a private Gazebo. You can sit outside and enjoy the most incredible views of the area. Dinner can be delivered to you, or there is a vegetarian restaurant 10 minutes walk. You can have breakfast lunch and dinner at Govinda's Restaurant which is in a beautiful location near a waterfall and with amazing views.

The earthship is located within Karuna Dham, one of the most beautiful nature spots in the world. SO much so i built Earthship Karuna there after 15 years of searching.

The area is remote and borders a large natural wildlife sanctuary. You can walk in any direction and see incredible valley views, forests, streams, waterfalls, and nature in all its glory.

Our Staff at Karuna Dham are will greet you at our entrance and escort you to the Earthship. You may order food at the restaurant using Whatssap. Dinner can be delivered to you but breakfast and lunch are served at the restaurant, 10 mins walk in a beautiful spot!

We also have several staff and labour who will carry your luggage and look after your needs.

You will have great privacy and hear the sounds of streams, birds, giant squirrels and much more besides!
