This eco-friendly, serene and peaceful property is 12km from the Airport and 2.2 km from chokhi-Dhani(Traditional craft/activity fair) and 18km from the main city, which makes it a convenient stop for all.

We aim to make it a memorable trip by offering lush garden space with organic fruit and vegetable kitchen garden, fully stocked kitchen and one queen-size bed and two foldable beds with mattress.

The deck and campfire provide an outdoor experience in luxury.

RULES AND REGULATIONS.

- Please wash all your utensils upon checking out, please do not leave dirty dishes around the house.

- Please throw the garbage when you leave, please do not leave the room littered with garbage.

- Smoking is strictly restricted outdoors, any evidence of smoking found inside would lead to a penalty of Rs 4000/- being applied.

- We understand accidents happen and things break but please let us know so we can come to an agreement ( All damages will proceed through Airbnb)

- Our caretaker is there for emergencies and maintenance of our property, please do not use him as your personal caretaker.

- We live in a residential area, so please keep the noise down after 11 pm.

- We do not allow parties or events.

OPTIONAL AMENITIES AND CHARGES (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

- We also charge for our bonfire facility, which is Rs 1500 for a bag of wood.

- Our caretaker will charge Rs 300/-If he's running an errand for you, which will be charged upfront.

COVID -19 RESPONSE.

- Sanitizers are placed at strategic points throughout the property.

- All doorknobs, switchboards, surfaces, and bathroom fixtures are sanitized.

- We only allow a maximum of 6 people at a time at our property for everyone's safety.

- Minimum 3 hours gap between the check-out and the next check-in.

Check-in formalities are continuously revised, owning to COVID -19 pandemic.
