kitchen and 2 spacious balconies. Self check-in is also provided for the convenience/flexibility of our customers.

It is in close proximity of the beach, but also it is in the middle of Zipari and Tigaki. Kos town is 10 minutes away by car.

Entering the house we find the kitchen which contains all kitchen-essentials(fridge with freezer, a toaster, 2 hotplates, a coffee machine, all necessary cutlery) except from an oven.

Afterwards proceeding to the bedroom we find the 2 beds, a huge wardrobe and a desk. A smart TV can be easily seen on the desk, ready to entertain you at any time. The room contains an air freshener and also led-strips that are used to create the ideal atmosphere for every occasion.

Finally entering the bathroom we find a brand new bathroom with all the expected essentials. The bathroom additionally contains a washing machine, so you can take care of all your clothes, in case of a longer stay.

Coming out of the house, we are greeted with a spacious and beautiful balcony. The balcony contains a table and 2 chairs for a relaxing experience in nature. The balcony is extended with another platform which includes 2 hammocks and a large umbrella, ideal for a relaxing experience in nature.

Salt and pepper, hygienic items for the kitchen and paper roll can be found in the kitchen for no additional cost. We offer mosquito repellent for free and the air freshener perfume lasts for 1 month(it is also free). Additionally we offer capsules for the washing machine for free(the number depends on the duration of your stay). To make your stay in Kos as safe as possible from the Corona Virus, we also provide free face masks and jell.
