Currently, I have my own tech company around Artificial Intelligence and travel around the world most of the time. Airbnb was my side hobby during my PhD Studies at ANU/CSIRO that is still going on. I have hosted many guests and learned a lot from hosting different people. I have friends from my Airbnb guests worldwide (Germany, Colombia, France, Sweden, India, China, Australia and many other countries). Most of my guests feel great staying at my place, and I got a lot of excellent feedback that improved my Airbnb listings over time. However, I have about 1% of my guests that complain no matter what.

I also have guests who booked my place more than ten times!

To communicate, it is best if you leave a message on the Airbnb app. More than 90% of the time, I reply within an hour. I usually have a co-host to help me with Airbnb if I am busy. Surely you can call my co-host or me if there is an EMERGENCY matter.

To my new guests, I have different Airbnb listings. Please choose the one that suits you best. For example, one may not have a TV, and another may have one. Also, one may be an entire place while another one you share the common area and have only a room.

It is also essential that you book for the number of people who will use the place day or night. I also put the rules for the building that you must follow to make sure we have a happy community here supporting our efforts for Airbnb hosting.

It is always possible to have a late checkout or early check-in but may add a small fee to your booking.
