"Spiti Elaionas" is a charming renovated stone house located at 300 meters from the golden sandy beach of Karfas. The house can lodge 4 adultes/4 kids maximum.
Nestled on a hill planted of olive and wild pistachio-trees, it offers a splendid view to the sea and the Turkish coast (binoculars not to forget) . Quiet but not isolated ( shops and restaurants are 300 m. away). The house is simply decorated but with taste.
The sandy beach of Karfas is one of the best beach on the island..

By lodging in Karfas (in the middle of ths island) , you will be able to visit easily the whole island
Protected from mass tourism and Chios will amaze you with its authenticity. A car (that we can rent you) is highly recommended.

During the winter period (from 1st November till 31st March, the 1st floor of the villa is available only. It can lodge 2/4 pers. max. : a double bedroom, sitting-room in which are 2 single sleepings and a kitchenette, bathroom and a large great sea view terrasse. The summer kitchen and the barbecue on the ground floor can be used if the weather permits it and the other rooms on the ground floor are used as storage.
