This large double room (24 square metreS) has a double bed, a small table for dining, wordrobe, private door key, sheets, blankets, towels, shampoo and soap.

The house address is FONDAMENTA CA RIZZI 312A (please check this address ONLY, it is also shown in one of the pictures of the room), that is 2-3 min walking from Piazzale Roma, and 7-8 min walking from Train station

2- CHECK IN PROCEDERE: IF YOU ARE SURE TO HAVE INTERNET AND WHATSUP APP. UPON YOUR ARRIVAL I WILL SEND YOU ON YOUR WHATSUP THE PRECISE POSITION U MUST FOLLOW TO REACH THE HOUSE EASILY. IF YOU WILL NOT HAVE INTERNET/WHATSUP (OR YOU ARE NOT SURE) WE WILL SCHEDULE A MEETING IN PIAZZALE ROMA (do not try to reach the house alone without internet and without my indications because you will GET LOST)

3- ARRIVAL DETAILS: ONCE YOU BOOKED YOU HAVE TO PROVIDE ME YOUR ARRIVAL DETAILS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE (OR ANYWAY NO LATER THAN 1 WEEK FROM YOUR ARRIVAL), THIS IS TO ARRANGE AT BEST FOR YOU YOUR CHECK IN

4 -CHECK IN IS FLEXIBLE BUT WITHIN CERTAIN LIMITS: check in can normally be done after 11.30 and untill 21. Early check in to drop lugguage at home can be arrange on request at certain occasions/time to be confirmed. Late check in can be sometimes arranged depending from the situation. In case you know you are having particular check in needs you can ask, i will try to arrange it at my best with me or my co host but it is important to know it in advance.

5- CHECK OUT: the check out should normally be done in the morning
around 10.30 In any case you can ALWAYS leave the luggage at my place and take an extra key and come back to pick them up whenever you like.

I personally live in the apartment most of the time and i provide any possible kind of info and help to my guests, so if something is not clear or if you have any questions please ASK.

SERVICES PROVIDED:

The house has a complete kitchen (TO SHARE), a nice outside small garden, a bathroom with shower (TO SHARE), a small living room, all is described in the pics. You will have fast internet wifi, iron, hair dryer, washing machine and dryer machine.

THE PRECISE HOUSE ADDRESS IS: FONDAMENTA CA RIZZI 312 A
in Santa Croce district of Venice, very close to Piazzale Roma (2 min by walking) and 7-8 min walking distance to Central train Station, meaning that once you arrive in Venice you can walk here easily and you don t need to take any waterboat to reach the house. I am having some problems with map visualization on the website, so in the pics you will find one with the right map positioning and as described beofre i will send you the precise position on whatsup.

My house is also close to Santa Margherita square, a main point where you will be able to find supermarkets, farmacy, grocery and fish markets, small fine restaurant, tipical taverna and places for drinks.

The house is located between Dorsoduro and Santa Croce, two Venetian districs, and it is in a very relaxing and quiete spot although it is very close to Piazzale Roma. Once you get there, even if you have heavy luggage, you will not have to cary them for long in Venice, the house is just 5 min walking.

SUPERMARKETS:
You have 2 big supermarkets near the house, COOP at Piazzale Roma and CONAD at Campo Santa Margherita (both about 250 m. far from the house)

RESTAURANTS:
in the neraby area you have plenty of great local restaurant:

- LA BIFORA: a very old local tavern with simple menu, great small food, perfect for a large appetizer or a normal lunch/dinner
- CODROMA: couzy venetian tavern with tipical venetian food
- LA BITTA: small couzy tavern with modern and traditional menu around San Barnaba
- ONIGA: great fish place around San Barnaba
- AI 4 FERI: local tavern with traditional great food around San Barnaba
- AL PROFETA: one of the best pizza place in Venice with excellent food too
- PONTINI: one of the best traditional venetian place near Guglie bridge
- LA CORTE: wonderful pizza and excellent food in Campo San Polo
