The second floor overlooks the ocean and provides the perfect workspace. There is plentiful space to work undisturbed outside as well, with complete gating and abundant shade, sitting down or swinging on a hammock.

The neighborhood is very safe and peaceful, and the property is entirely gated for extra privacy. Nearest the house lies one of the prettiest beaches of El Salvador; El Espino is a child-friendly beach with occasional turtles in the evening, squids, sand-dollars, starfish, and crabs. You can enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the beach itself or your private tree-level terrace, with a nice breeze and ocean sounds. Nearby the villa lies La Chepona, a popular bay for locals and tourists. Only a few miles away, it's a nice drive or hike. You can always also take a walk to the nearby mangroves and hire an affordable tour-boat once there! There are plentiful restaurants and convenience stores in the community and town, and you can expect to enjoy fresh coconut, the local style of ice cream and a variety of inexpensive, freshly caught seafood.
