The house is located in an idyllic, rural setting on the outskirts of the small town of Marginone, near the well-known wine village of Montecarlo and offers a panoramic view of the surrounding hills. The numerous wineries nearby invite you to wine tastings. The town of Altopascio with shops and the enchanting medieval town of Lucca can be reached quickly. The villa was stylishly and individually renovated by the owners in the characteristic Tuscan style in 2002 and is a real gem.
