This is a pet-friendly property, pets are allowed in the exteriors of the villa and in 1 room on the lower ground floor.

The Space:

BEDROOMS
- There are 6 bedrooms - 4 on the lower ground floor, 2 on the upper ground floor.
- Heater, Wi-Fi, TV, electric kettle and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms.
- 4 rooms have queen-sized beds, 1 room has a king-sized bed and 1 room has a twin-bed.
- 1 room also has an attached attic, 4 rooms have an attached patio with a garden view.

BATHROOMS
- There are 7 bathrooms in the villa - 6 attached, 1 common.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
- A separate dressing area is offered in all the attached bathrooms.

COMMON AREAS
- There are 2 living rooms - 1 on the lower ground floor and 1 on the upper ground floor.
- One of the living rooms offers comfortable seating for up to 12 people and is equipped with a heater, a traditional bukhari and Wi-Fi dongle.
- The other offers seating for up to 10 people and is equipped with a Wi-Fi dongle and a heater.
- The dining room is a part of the living room on the lower ground floor and offers comfortable seating for up to 6 people.
- There are 4 beautifully landscaped terrace gardens. Each offers comfortable seating for a minimum of 10 people.
- The terrace gardens make for stunning vantage points, overlooking the snow-capped Himalayas.

KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
- It is equipped with a water-purifier, refrigerator, crockery and cutlery.

FOOD
- Breakfast is complimentary. 
- Veg dinner can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per person, per meal. 
- Non-veg dinner can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 600 per person, per meal. Lamb and fish can be provided at an extra cost of Rs. 700.
- The kitchen will close at 10 PM. 
- For lunch, guests can choose to eat out at nearby restaurants. 
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

The guests have access to the entire villa except the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy and play indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can take a peaceful walk in the terrace gardens and soak in the beautiful views around. Guests can grab a pair of binoculars and identify various species of birds around. They can lounge and relax in the White Oak lounge or bask in the sun on the deck chair. They can also relish a scrumptious barbecue meal around the bonfire.

ADDITIONAL COSTS
- Barbecue kit is available at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per use.
- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per 2 hours.
- A taxi to the property can be arranged at an additional cost, which can be directly paid to the driver.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- The property is located on a ridge, on a restricted road, hence the road leading up to the villa may not be concrete.
- Only cars with valid permits will be allowed to drive up to the property.
- In case of lack of permits, guests can park in any of the common areas of Shimla and take a Lift up to the Mall Road and walk the rest of the way. The property is 700 metres from Mall road. Staff will be available to help carry the luggage to the villa.
- Guests will have to park at their own risk.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas and the common areas.
- Guests are requested to keep their room doors, windows and grills shut given the presence of monkeys around.
- Guests are requested to be mindful while using the water.
- In case of a power outage, the inverter can support all lights for up to 8 hours.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- There is a Wi-Fi dongle, however, the network is subject to availability at any given time.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
