Villa Kielorinne is a independent building and a house of its own right. It is situated on the same lot with another cottage which is however not visible to this building. These two building share the same entrance driveway though.

The Villa is rented out as a private house. The Villa includes a large terrace beside the house and a terrace in front of the sauna on a lower deck both with stunning lake views. Our guests can freely move around the lot which has been clearly marked with a fence. On the lot, there are two more sheds, one for gardening equipment etc. and another is a wood storage.

There is a bakery (100m), grocery shop (100m), swimming beach (100m), Ostrich Farm Kilkkilä nearby (700m), within few minutes of walk. Summer Market by the lake (300m). Only 8 km to the largest sports and outdoor center in Finland, Vierumäki. 30 km to Verla, which is a World Heritage Site with rich industrial history.

The village of Vuolenkoski has been chosen as the village of Kymenlaakso twice, in 1991 and 2001, as well as The Village of the Year in Finland on 2014. Vuolenkoski is a lively village in the municipality of Iitti in northern Kymenlaakso. The Kymijoki River runs south from the village, where the hydropower plant built in the village of Koskenniska (completed in 1959) is located south of the Vuolenkoski bridge. To the north of the Koskenniska light traffic bridge is Konnivesi, through which you can reach Heinola by water (approx. 17 km), and further through Ruotsalainen to Päijänne. Vuolenkoski has a population of more than 460 inhabitants who are on an average age of 46 years.
