There is no air-conditioning in the condo units.

Please know, there is no stove or oven in the kitchenette. Also, we understand everyone would love a lake view, but that is not possible. We will try our best to assign as many lake views as we can, but views cannot be guaranteed in advance. Our resort has five buildings on seven acres, so chances are your room will not be right by the lake, or have a lake view. On one side of our property is Lake Tahoe. On the entry side, we sit right off the main highway, so there are many businesses, including restaurant and shopping options, next door and right across the street. Thank you in advance for choosing to stay with us for your getaway!
