This spacious 4 bedroom holiday cottage is set within the well-manicured private grounds of Crylla Valley Cottages which includes 18 acres of lawns, flower gardens and woodlands to explore. Maximum occupancy is for a family of up to 8 people plus 2 infants.

Ideally located on the Cornwall Devon border giving you the opportunity to explore both counties so you will always have plenty to do.

There are a range of Cornish beaches to choose from, south or north coast options, the closest being just over 15 minutes by car. Explore the stunning Whitsand Bay area with spectacular views from the coast road. The famous beaches in and around Newquay are approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour drive. Enjoy day trips to the popular Cornish harbour towns of Looe, Polperro, Mevagissey, Fowey and Falmouth.

The Eden project is always a popular destination. Further afield you have the option of standing at Lands End and you can even visit St Ives for the day.

Britain's Ocean City, Plymouth, is just over 15 minutes by car. Dartmoor National Park and historic Tavistock are also within easy reach.

Whilst staying at the property you will have access to a nearby members only leisure club, this is one of the best facilities in Cornwall and a great addition to your stay. You will have membership passes to cover up to 4 adults and 4 Children (up to and including 17 years of age, infants don't require a pass) which can be used for the duration of your stay. There's a lovely indoor pool with fun slide for the children, a luxurious Aqua Spa for the adults, modern gym with plenty of equipment and space. The club has a nice place to grab a coffee or bite to eat so you can make a day of working out, relaxing and refuelling. For golfers, there's an 18 hole course set on the banks of the River Tamar making a picturesque setting. There's also a driving range and family fun crazy golf area. All food, drink and golf items are chargeable at the club.

It is essential that you drive by car to the club, it's between 8 and 10 minutes away and really is a fantastic addition to your stay

Pet friendly (dogs only) means that before placing your booking and by prior arrangement we will consider a maximum of two small to medium sized dogs. An additional charge of £5 per night per dog will be made and is to be paid separately to the rental charge. Please note we do not allow puppies 12 months or under.

Externally the property has an attractive Cornish stone front elevation. This spacious holiday cottage incorporates all the necessary modern facilities to make your stay easy and enjoyable. 40” LCD Television with DVD player, main bedroom with en-suite shower room and a superb family bathroom with whirlpool bath are just a few of the fantastic features offer.

Included on the ground floor is a large kitchen with cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron, and full complement of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. There is also a dishwasher, a fridge, a freezer and a washer/dryer.

The open plan area extends to cater for the large dining table and huge sofa, French doors open on to your south facing private patio area where you can sunbathe, read a book and relax.

Also on the ground floor is a twin bedroom, which benefits those that might otherwise have difficulty in negotiating stairs to the first floor bedrooms. This room can accommodate a wheelchair user when set as a single bedded room. This room can also be set as a super king double, great for couples.

Opposite is a wet room facility with disabled user shower, toilet, washbasin and appropriately positioned grab rails.

Upstairs the main double bedroom has ample space, a convenient en-suite shower room and Juliet balcony. There are a further two twin rooms, both of which can be set up as Super-King double rooms to comfortably accommodate couples.

The family sized bathroom comes with a fantastic whirlpool bath and separate double shower cubicle.

Outside there is a private patio area with patio furniture.

Two allocated parking spaces, limited additional overflow parking available.
