New Modern apartment with 1 spacious bathroom and 1 bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. 2 fans included & Mosquito nets. A/C is optional, you can pay per day in cash at the main house.
Poza Azul waterfall is about a 5 minute walk. The beach Dominicalito is also about a 10 minute walk.The bus stop is about a 5 minute walk.

1 bedroom 1 spacious Bathroom apartment, located in the back of the property continuous to the main house, separe entrance, private parking lot, sharing backyard.
Kitchen equipped with everything you need.
1 sofa bed in the leaving room, Please let me know if you need the sofa bed ready before your arrival. We have mosquito nets and a work area.

Our place is perfect for female traveling alone is a very safe place because is located in our property and we have dogs too.

Internet speed is 100mbs. When it rains sometimes the service could be bad.

A/C is not included, if you want A/c would be $15 extra per night, you can pay in the main house and we will give you the control. Electricity is very expensive in Costa Rica I knoww!!! :(

There is not hot water and tap water is not drinkable!

We are located in a very Tico neighborhood at just 5 minutes walking from Poza Azul waterfall and 10 minutes walking from Dominicalito Bay, we have 2 mini marts with everything you need for your stay, there is no restaurants in town.
Dominical is at just 5 minutes driving north Is the main town with more options of restaurants, pharmacy, liquor stores, shops and supermarkets, Dominical is more touristy!

There is a fruit truck that drives in town that honks its horn in the mornings if you want some fresh fruits and vegetables just go to the street.

If you want to live a very Costa Rican experience this is your best option!

Hello I’m Erika, I live with my family and our pets. We are located in a Tico town called Dominicalito Poza Azul at just 10 minutes walk from Dominicalito Beach. Dominicalito is a beach for beginner surfers. Poza Azul waterfall is also just a 5 minutes walk. Nauyaca waterfall, another attraction, is behind our town. Dominical is 6 km north and just a few minutes by car, which is the main town and has really good waves for experience surfers.
I’m a surfer and a surf instructor too. I love animals and rescue them. I can also arrange your Airport transfer and tours, let me know I would love to help you organize your vacation!

There is a soda driving 3 minutes south called Zachys Restaurant, Also another good restaurant called La parcela at just 5 min driving south from the apartment with incredible ocean views and monkeys, If you are looking for something more fancy you can go to Scala up in the mountains, Rancho remos good Italian food located in Playa Hermosa with nice ocean views. Or if you are in the mood for Asian Food go to Phat noodle in Dominical.
