Beautiful loft with a living room, dining room, full bathroom and bedroom on the first floor. Three bedrooms on the second floor and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a full bathroom and the other two bedrooms share a full bathroom.
Come relax, enjoy the breeze of the ocean and the sunset views. Escape from the routine and enjoy the many amenities the building offers such as a rooftop with a barbecue area, infinity pool. There are only 4 lofts with a jacuzzi in the balcony!

Two floors of living space! Jacuzzi on the balcony to unwind from your day! Full living room with a 60 inch smart TV, dining room to seat 8 people comfortably, kitchen full equipped with everything you need to make a delicious meal. Master bathroom with a 48 inches smart tv, full bathroom and closet and a breathtaking view of the beach. Second room has the view of the Club and third room has two bunk beds with the view of the beach. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom.
What makes this place so special? It’s brand new!! you get the jacuzzi to yourself. Want to have a bbq? No problem! Go to the 8th floor to enjoy the rooftop with a bbq area. Want to swim at the pool, no problem! Go to the 1st floor to access the infinity pool. Don’t feel like cooking? No problem, call the ocean club administration and order your meal for delivery! It’s really a high end place with all the amenities you need. If you have membership with the club, you can enjoy their premises too! It’s living the resort life without all the hassles!
