This is a lower level duplex (1500 square feet) of our home that is bright and sunny. The Airbnb area is totally private but we do live upstairs and there is the potential to hear us. There are two queen beds, one bunk bed that has a double mattress on the bottom and a twin mattress on top. There is also one twin size futon available in one of the bedrooms. (Sleeps up to 8 comfortably- one bed is the top of a bunk bed please note).

~Fully furnished kitchen
~Bedroom room one has a queen bed with organic cotton sheets, a down comforter and a few options for pillows
~Bedroom two has a queen bed and a full size futon
~Bunk bed in living room: full size mattress on bottom bunk, twin size mattress on top bunk
~Dining room table with 6 chairs
~Living room with large sectional couch and large screen TV (cable service provided-entertainment package includes ESPN).
~Full bathroom
~Washer & Dryer in laundry room
~There are 6 stairs to get into the space, otherwise it is all one level

~Beautiful outdoor patio with patio table and chairs
~Fire pit
~Next to a public park & bike/walk trails
*Please note that our family uses this space as well. Please keep the area tidy and no noise after 10PM.
