You will love our extremely safe and family friendly neighborhood conveniently located just a few blocks from the sandy shores of Lake Huron and a short walk to downtown Alpena shopping and restaurants.

This bright and airy home is newly renovated and boasts a beautiful, brand new, well equipped kitchen.

The bathroom is on the main level as well as one bedroom with a queen bed and desk space. Upstairs you'll find 2 bedrooms. One has a full sized bed, and the other a queen and 2 twins. Also upstairs is a fun kids nook with books and board games.

The ceiling at the top of the stairs and throughout the upstairs area can be low and at different angles. Please watch your head. Reminder signs are posted.

The home does not have central air, but does have a small window unit with remote control in the upstairs queen+twins bedroom. (during the summer months only)

Smoking is not allowed on the premises.

All linens and towels will be provided.

Guests can enjoy free high speed internet with wi-fi, 4 Roku smart tvs, and USB equipped table lamps in all bedrooms as well as the living room.

The Roku smart TV’s in the home are not subscribed to cable service but DO have Disney Plus that you are welcome to enjoy.

The home is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood. The Alpena mapped Bi-Path is a wonderful route that takes you throughout Alpena and along the river and is great for bikers, runners and walkers.

There are lovely parks nearby with playgrounds for children. There are sandy beaches 1 mile away with restroom and outdoor shower facilities (seasonal), as well as a beautiful new splash pad during the summer months.

Hi! We're Jennie and Josh. We've been married for 19 years and have made our home here in Alpena. We love going on adventures with our 3 kids, like biking, camping, and travelling the US.

I (Jennie) owned my own custom cake business for 13 years, and love meeting new people! I now work at our awesome local gym, and love running . I'll be running my third marathon this summer.

Josh is a real estate agent and loves basketball and playing hobby board games. One of his current favorites is Terraforming Mars. He has a vast collection of games, and is always happy to loan them out if you're staying with us and looking for a new game to try.

Our properties have been beautifully renovated and are just minutes from the beach. You will have the entire home to yourself. We live very close by and are happy to help with anything you might need during your stay, providing we are not out of town at the time.
