The Property
• “Starfish Bay” is part of our larger private property called LUSEA and is the only rental house on our property.
• Private and protected Guest Dockage for up to 65 foot boat with 100 Amp power and water
• Separate seating area on the deck by the dock with Chairs and tables and fish cleaning station
• Two completely different water views and experiences. From the outdoor decks looking North is Sea of Abaco and from the docks facing south Is the Sugarloaf Canal and Lagoon
• High speed WIFI throughout the property including all decks and docks
• The entire property including “Starfish Bay” is off the grid. A large SOLAR power plant guarantees constant 24/7 power! Two diesel generators serve only as backup. All this forms part of our properties very own “green” power plant
• Being off the grid we also have our own water plant. We collect our own water called “Rainwater harvesting”. In addition, we have Reverse Osmosis water as backup. Quadruple filtration system and UV treatment ensure water is drinkable from every faucet. No need to buy drinking water!

• Rental car is suggested as there are many things to do and see on the island
• Rental boats are available for enjoying the waters but book early especially in peak season
