This cute kubo has 2 rooms, being the first room is airconditioned with 2 small windows. It has a queen sized Dunlopillo Aries mattress. The 2nd room attic right above the 1st room has a small window, a fan and a 60x80 area with a queen sized foam mattress and a memory foam topper. Each room can accommodate 2 persons or even up to 3 for the petite sized. Outside the room is an open living room space with built-in benches, shelves/pantry and a small bamboo table that can be moved outside to accommodate 2 single foam mattresses.

With only 3 units, (Kubo, 2-room Tatami and Family Room) for rent, privacy is preserved. Kuroshara is a beachfront property that one can hear the sound of rustling waves from the breakwater. Enjoy the white sand beach and the pristine waters of Patar, Bolinao.

We have multiple budget condo units / guest homes available for short-term rentals. All our units have nice views, furnished, with aircon in all bedrooms with TV, fridge, hot/cold shower and fast internet. We provide extra futons and beddings for extra guests.

We have a large portfolio of units ready for booking at any one time, short stay or long stay. Whether for single occupancy to group occupancy, we have it all covered. As we are flexible, we will endeavour to check you in to the unit that you booked for. However, it is not always possible to do so due to the fluidity of bookings coming in randomly. Due to some last minute extensions by existent guests, we may allot you a different unit in our portfolio. However, the unit you get will be equivalent to the one you booked or most likely an upgrade. We try our best to make every guest feel comfortable.
