Widowed 23/1/21. Bought Casa Dasha Lanzarote in 1996, have never regretted it - Have eliminated any problems over the years & added to the house as the years have gone by - love it there - house is perfect in a lovely area, near the beach & all amenities don't really need to leave Matagorda has most of what you need ... and have built on a studio apartment / which can have access to the rear bedroom of the villa and still have both of the properties self contained with no shared areas -- be honest don't know why I am not living there ?? Have a business which I run in Wales, started in September 1996. I don't want to sell the business or Casa Dasha Lanzarote ... and the House I live in we bough in 2001 and have extended it to accommodate my husbands mobility issues... but now he is not longer with me -- the house is so quiet .. so have decided to share my home with others.
