• My STAFF will welcome you at check-in then will briefly orient you around the house and will handover the keys before leaving.
• Arrival AFTER 5PM is “SELF CHECK-IN” via KEY LOCKBOX code with instructions that will be sent to you on the day.

*****CHECK-OUT: Exactly 11AM
• My STAFF will personally collect the keys and inspect the house at 11AM—next 3 hours are for cleaning, disinfecting, and preparing the house as courtesy to the next guests.
• If you will check-out earlier, advise our Staff 2 hours ahead so they can allot time to travel and for proper turnover of the house.

*****NO early check-in and NO late check-out to give our Staff ample time to clean, disinfect, and prepare the house.

*****If no incoming/outgoing guests, add P500 per hour extension.
