The picturesque village of Monkstown is only steps away with every amenity (restaurants, cafes, supermarket, pharmacy etc). Some wonderful walks as you enjoy the fresh air and breath taking views of Dublin Bay.

The apartment was recently painted throughout with new carpet in Living Room and Bedroom.

The spacious living room has two windows with sea views and comfortable seating. High-speed WIFI Internet and Smart TV (bring your Netflix account details!)

The bedroom has two fitted wardrobes and is overlooking the garden. It has a King size bed and a single bed.

The kitchen is south-facing with a dining table for 6 people. It is fully fitted with an oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and dryer, electric kettle, coffee maker and toaster. Also includes pots, pans and cooking utensils, ample dishes and glassware.

Two minutes from the apartment there is a Spar Grocery store and Avoca Food Hall with delicious food. Also an array of excellent restaurants, pubs and takeaways.

Monkstown is an exclusive upmarket area. The apartment is 2 minutes from Salthill Dart Station and 2 minutes from bus routes in the village. Beside a host of amenities that the village and nearby towns have to offer.

Hi, I'm Margaret and I am a new host with Airbnb. I live in Monkstown, beside the seafront and beside the rental apartment. This is an exciting adventure for me.

I appreciate the wonderful fresh air and sea views that we have here, the many amenities we have in the village with no need for a taxi home after a meal in one of the many restaurants beside us.

I have travelled extensively and enjoyed meeting new people on my travels.

I enjoy travelling from Monkstown to the city centre on the frequent Dart trains or a trip to Bray in County Wicklow where there are magnificent views over the sea as the train speeds along.

I was delighted to decorate and prepare my luxury apartment for you to enjoy, and am so looking forward to welcoming you as my first guest very soon!!
