Awesome 1945 row house. 2 bed, office, 1 bath. Primary bedroom has king bed with a sunroom (twin or converts to full chaise lounge). 2nd bdrm has a full bed. Speakeasy style basement is super cool with a brand new washer/dryer and 55” TV. Fenced backyard with TWO off street parking spaces. All NEW furniture.
Stocked kitchen with everything you need for your stay. 1 block to the King St Metro, same to King St. Location is perfect for the DC metro while tucked on a quiet street.

Main level features a full eat in kitchen, Dining room, Living room and small back deck with table and two chairs. There are stairs down to the lower, outdoor fenced yard with fire pit.
Have your morning coffee on the front porch in one of the two rocking chairs.
Upper level features 2 bedrooms, a sunroom, office (with wireless printer) and sun drenched bathroom (natural light!!!)
Basement level isn’t just a basement. Half contains the laundry room and and ground level entry, the other half is a speakeasy style lounge with 55” TV (smart tv ready for all internet/apps you subscribe to), couch, chairs and a cozy fireplace. Perfect to read or play cards.

We stashed a highchair, stroller and pack and play in the root cellar for visiting families, just ask. Plus an air mattress should you need an extra bed 🛏. There is a gas grill 🥩in the back ready to go and we even leave a few logs of firewood to give you an initial stock in case you want to use the fire 🔥 pit!

Alexandria is extremely dog friendly and even has some restaurants with patio dining that you can bring your puppy and dog menus. Please note. Pet damage is at FULL replacement cost and pets must be COMPLETELY cleaned up after indoors AND out. No pets in the bed or on the furniture. If they need to be left alone. They must be secured in a crate.

Everything! Walk score of 96 and Transit score of 54! You can walk to so many great shops and restaurants and within 5 min be at the metro to zip into DC access the entire DC metro area. Add the two off street parking spaces (no fighting for street parking or remembering to put the permit out on the car)

Walk to Uptowner Cafe or Toastique on the Corner. The waterfront is blocks away. In between us everything else. Shops, bars, restaurants, banks, services, everything. Scooters are in on the corner or grab an Uber or metro. Explore, eat, enjoy.

I’m a DC wine professional who decided to run a few AirBNB’s for guests because there was a need for affordable, professional, furnished spaces in my area for Military, Travel Nurses and relocating Professionals. It started when I was home with a broken ankle, unable to use my basement anyway and a friend of a friend was a nurse in need. It’s been a great experience and I even recruited a few friends, family (and even my mom!) to do the same. I do the best to provide guests a clean, useful space and a great stay experience.

The house is in a fantastic location perfect for all of the DC area. It’s a quiet street just one block off the Main Street if Old Town Alexandria and 1 block to the Metro to get right into Downtown. All that WITH off street parking. Perfect for relocations, house hunting, digital nomads, or visiting the area to explore. The house is WELL stocked, for stays over a week you’ll be expected to provided additional paper goods, etc beyond what it stocked. We are available for emergency needs. Handyman requires 24-72 hours for non emergency repairs.

If there is a specific supply you’re curious about just ask. Love waffles? We have a waffle maker? Can’t live without an iron or French press? We have one. Staying 4 months and want to rent a treadmill, we can help.
