This is the perfect getaway for families. Swim fish, lay on the water mat, relax on the upper deck, lower porch or in the screened in room. Lots of outdoor games..... croquet, Fargo (Yahtzee) and corn hole, Inside are plenty of board games, a dining room to seat the whole family, separate table for playing games or putting together a puzzle. Living room with seating to gather and watch your favorite movies, sports teams. A kitchen fully stocked to fix family meals. Destination vacation!

The space is genuinely set up for recreation as well as relaxation. Four tables to dine or play games. Porch seating… upper deck seating… hammocks… fire pit seating, screened in porch seating….
Provided: Fishing gear, outdoor games, indoor games, indoor and outdoor cooking options.
Bring your boat and water toys. You can tie up a 20’ boat at dock. Our lift does not work. Launch boats at Running Branch Marina on your way in…..on left side of road $5 to launch.

From our family to yours...... we take great pride in sharing our family 'retreats', so they are very oriented towards family fun and relaxation.
We have a chalet in Breckenridge, Colorado..... great ski area, and summer destination as well. We recently added a 'canal' house in Jamaica Beach, Texas, having a golf cart, kayaks, boards, and fishing equipment for your enjoyment.
We just got our 'retirement' home (not quite ready to settle down in one spot yet) in the fabulous resort on Galveston Island, Pointe West. On the beach side, the perfect location for a getaway, again, very family friendly. Has designated parking spot near elevator.
