The sea air, calming seascape and stunning understated luxury decor will transport you from ‘the everyday’ and kick start a holiday that supports the entire family to relax and recharge.

Beautifully renovated, this quintessential Australian beach house has been reinvented as an enchanting oasis of tranquillity. Characterised by rich timber floors, beautiful Zen- inspired interiors and spacious open plan living, the upper floor lounge and dining area open onto a full span balcony that overlooks the stunning 180 degree waterfront view.

Floor to ceiling windows invite the water view into the house so that it can be enjoyed at any time of the day; while relaxing on one of the oversized couches or eating in the large family dining area.

The upstairs living area with its spectacular panoramic views is so enchanting that you may not want to venture elsewhere. However, the spacious undercover downstairs outdoor entertaining area is equally as inviting. Featuring an undercover daybed, this is a wonderful place to enjoy the outdoors, read a book, take in the water view or just have an afternoon nap. With a BBQ and an abundance of seating that overlooks the water, you can entertain family and friends while you take in the waterfront and watch the sunset, as it showcases magnificent ever-changing hues across the water every evening.

Cook with the Weber Q outdoors or the six-burner gas oven in the well-equipped upstairs kitchen set up for baking or creating the family’s favourite holiday treats.

Enjoy your morning coffee in the casual kitchen area that takes in the morning sun or head to the balcony and watch for dolphins in the fresh morning sea air.

The upstairs living area extends to three bedrooms and two bathrooms. A master queen with a shower ensuite, a second queen and a triple bunk with a double below and a single bed above. (Each bedroom features an abundance of storage space.)

The main bathroom features a luxurious, oversized French cast iron bath with a shower attachment; ideal for soaking away stress and rejuvenating tired limbs.

Downstairs there is a second toilet and full laundry with dryer.

The house has evaporative cooling and ducted heating.

Bedding and linen are provided, however you will need to bring your own beach towels.

The area provides wonderful opportunities for snorkelling, canoeing, beach walks, dolphin watching or collecting sea glass left from Victorian times. Immediately in front of the house is a large grass area that hugs the waterfront and can be enjoyed for a family game of cricket, football, walking or kite flying.

This quiet seaside area is close to supermarkets and local shops and eateries and the area is rich with renowned wineries and restaurants. There is:

· A lookout point across the road.

· A golf club 5 minutes away.

· A boat ramp 5 minutes away - and the local area is a fishing haven.

· The opportunity for water sports at your door-step – a perfect place to bring your boat, jet ski or canoe.

Pets are allowed they must be house trained and indoor dogs.

Parking: 1 undercover park, 2 further on property parking spaces + street parking.
