Hank’s Hideaway is a cozy 2 bedroom cabin located in the beautiful gated LAKE RESORT community of Holly Lake Ranch deep in the piney woods of East TX. Equipped with all your creature comforts for a relaxing stress-free getaway this cute home allows guests the perfect setting for enjoying the quiet natural beauty of this picturesque lake resort where the wildlife roam freely & tranquility abounds. Guests have access to all resort amenities including 2 lakes, 2 pools, 18-hole golf course +more!

Inside Hank's Hideaway you will find a wood-burning fireplace which is perfect for cozy evenings indoors. The open-concept kitchen/dining/living room is great preparing meals while visiting with your guests. The fully appointed kitchen includes a full-sized refrigerator, electric range with large oven and glass cook-top stove, microwave, and dishwasher as well as plenty of dishes, pans & cooking utensils. The coffee station includes a Keurig coffee machine with enough k-cups, creamers, and sweeteners to get your vacation off to the right start.

Both bedrooms have their own full en-suite bathrooms perfect for privacy and comfort and are supplied with all your necessary bed linens and towels for the convenience of a restful getaway. These bedrooms include comfy queen sized beds, tons of pillows, large screen TVs, and plenty of room to relax. The guest bedroom also has a twin size bed for more sleeping space. Both full bathrooms have a tub/shower combo and all your basic toiletries in case you leave something behind.

The home is pretty private as it is surrounded by towering pine trees between us and any neighbors. The fully screened-in back patio with a propane fire pit table is a great spot to relax and watch the deer and other wildlife that roam throughout the neighborhood. This is our favorite spot to sip a glass of wine in the evenings or have our morning coffee. Patio seats and fluffy blankets are provided!

Our cabin sits in a great location just inside the West Side entrance of Holly Lake Ranch. This gives guests easy access to resort amenities located on both East and West Sides of the community.
Hank's Hideaway is:
~ .8 miles from Holly Lake on the West Side which is a beautiful, serene lake perfect for fishing, swimming, kayaks or paddleboats
~ 1.2 miles from the boat dock at Lake Greenbriar on the East Side which is the main lake for boating, jet skis, watersports & fishing
*No fishing license required since our lakes are within a private community.

Please note... Holly Lake Ranch is a peaceful community where residents and guests enjoy the tranquil setting where you can hear the birds chirping and critters in their natural habitat. Guests are welcome to enjoy all the amenities on the resort, but are also asked to observe the quiet hours of the community after 9pm. Jim & I are enjoying each and every day that we now get to spend in our paradise of East Texas piney woods and loving the slower pace, beauty, and friendly folks. We are thrilled to be able to host our guests and share the splendor of this hidden gem of Holly Lake Ranch and let others taste the resort life and all it has to offer. We still spend most of our days exploring all of the wonderful small town venues, eateries, festivals and antique shops that are sprinkled all around our home town and soaking up this slower pace of life. Hank's Hideaway... lovingly named after our furbaby... offers our guests the opportunity to get away from the daily grind and take a step back to smell the pines and watch the wildlife while decompressing for a much needed escape from reality. Our cabin is located just inside the gates of the West side of Holly Lake Ranch which allows easy access to all of the plentiful amenities within the resort on both sides of the ranch. It's our goal for visitors to be able to walk through the doors of our cabin and have all the creature comforts you need for a worry-free stay.
