If you’re an interior design aficionado, you’ll surely be inspired by the space, a project signed by Corvin Cristian, recognized for his work in France, England and Switzerland.

Most of the furniture and accessories in the apartment, which has a modern, clean, yet warm vibe, are signed by Romanian designers as well, while the wall illustration is an original piece by Cristina Frei.

The strongest features of the space:


You can watch the colorful sunset, enjoying the view from above the lake while quietly drinking your favorite wine.
You can enjoy your privacy in a 140m2 apartment or you can use the private yard for some outdoor time.
You are welcome to use the small wooden boat whenever you need some time for yourself or if you just want to explore the lake. You will almost definitely meet and befriend three other nice families from our neighborhood: two families of wild ducks and a family of coots. If you are lucky enough and if by pure chance you carry some frogs in your pocket our oldest neighbor, the heron will probably make an appearance.
You can enjoy the forest scented, healthy, and relaxing fresh air every day- you’ll be living next to Pădurea Băneasa. This small outdoor retreat is placed no more than 500m away from your door.
You are far away enough from the town center to enjoy the quiet of the downtown area, but close enough for an unplanned stroll through the city.
The apartment is baby-friendly so, at your request, we can provide a comfortable and safe crib, a baby chair and access to a small, private children’s playground placed in the yard of our boutique building.
The apartment is eco-friendly: the water is filtered, you can use glass recipients, metal straws- we don’t use single used plastics so everything is reusable.
All you can drink nespresso capsules. Although to be fair, being as delicious as they are, we would still recommend some restraint for a healthy balanced energy.
The apartment is located on the last floor of the building, so you will have a full 360° view from the terrace (NO neighbors and NO buildings in sight).
