Situated on five acres, just five k's from the town centre, this property is nestled beside the iconic McDonnell Ranges. Scenic views of the ranges can be seen from every room of this locally designed house.

The residence features two generous bedrooms, both with king size beds and their own bathrooms and walk in robes. Bedrooms are separated by an eight meter covered breeze way for alfresco dining and lounging. Kitchen is equipped with six burner Smeg gas oven. House has full wifi and second bedroom has its own television as well as the television in the lounge area. The house is fully air conditioned and both the lounge room and the second bedroom have wood burning fireplaces for cosy winter nights. The house has been environmentally designed and has a five star insulation rating so is naturally cool in summer and maximises the winter sun to keep it comfortable also in winter.
