We are located 0.4 miles from Flathead Lake and 13 miles from Blacktail Mountain Ski Area.

This listing is for the top floor until beginning of June, bottom floor is still under construction for a full remodel. Contractor will be working on bottom half starting February 5th to beginning of June. Contractor will have separate access to the home and will not have access to top floor. After June we will be renting entire house out as a 4 bedroom, 3 bath and able to sleep over 12 guest. The higher price reflects the added space. It will be gorgeous and brand new. Hello there!
I am Aubrie and welcome to mine and my little families little slice of paradise. We are current Californians, but our HEARTS are in Montana. After traveling to the area for a wedding we absolutely fell in love with Lakeside and KNEW we wanted a property to call our own. When we found this beautiful home in Lakeside in such a prime location we knew it was sign and put an offer in sight unseen that day. We stayed at the property for the first time a couple days after closing and have never felt more at home and at peace ( more than our Ca primary residence we have lived at for more than 8 years). There is just something so special about this piece of land and this home, I guarantee it will make you never want to leave like it did us! This is our future primary residence when we are able to retire from our careers in California, so believe me when I say we put our heart into this home and really care for it.
