The property is nestled against the hilltop of Tantra Hills, it is uniquely designed to take in the most spectacular views; this ‘home away from home’ offers the best of our rich diversity in our Ghanaian culture while combining access to a wide range of local amenities at your doorstep.

We would love to make your stay as memorable as possible, please note that this listing is shared among 2 or 4 individuals/couples at least. Please ensure to select the correct guest count i.e. when booking with a partner, select 2 guests.

Use Tantra Hills Goil Fuel Station as a prime landmark.
- Initiate a left and a sharp right turn when facing the Goil Fuel station
- Station/Unicon Chemist Store from the round about to join (Nii Ayii
Kushie St road) then less than a minute drive, turn right between a
Washing Bay & Champion Divine Hospital on the (Baptist Ave Road).
- Drive straight till you by pass St. John’s Baptist Church on your left and
Filly’s Guest House on your right to a blue & red sign board with
inscriptions ‘Franco Estate’ and also (8th Lane directional sign) - Turn
right to join the 8th Lane and by pass a local mechanic workshop and
2nd Franco Estate sign post.
- Drive straight down and initiate on the 3rd right lane of the 8th Avenue
Road which is closer to the main road to join Kwame Afrane Studio, then
come up the hill to a Green House on the right hand with house address
(33 Satellite ST GW-0845-2590).
- Don’t make the turn in the first 8th lane that you will come across as
there are exact houses behind on the other side.
