Villa Principe is a modern holiday villa with pool located on the edge of a small village in the surroundings of Groznjan, the „town of artists“ in the green Istrian hinterland.

Villa with pool for 6-7 persons with a living area of 150 sqm. It consists of a tastefully furnished living area with a completely equipped kitchen, dining table and panoramic view of Motovun and the green valley, three double bedrooms with satellite-TV of which one with queen size bed and shower/toilet, one with queen size bed and bath/toilet with hydromassage bathtub and one with two separate beds and shower/toilet, and a separate toilet. From the two bedrooms, as well as from the living room there's an exit on the terrace with sitting set and the pool.
