Swift Cottage is one of 9 cottages in a holiday complex called Newhouse Barton and Swift has been rated by the Tourist Board - Visit England to be four star and has been awarded their gold rating for the last four years.
Swift is family & pet friendly and sleeps 4. A fifth person can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living area.
The complex includes a indoor heated pool, games room and external children's play area and close to Totnes, Newton Abbot, Dartmoor & English Riviera.

Indawo
Swift Cottage at Newhouse Barton is an ideal location to discover Totnes, Newton Abbot, South Hams, Dartmoor, Jurassic coastline etc. It is one of nine cottages that have been sympathetically restored from existing farm buildings and sits in a tranquil setting amongst the rolling hills of South Devon. Swift sleeps four people comfortably in two bedrooms each with en-suite facilities. A sofa bed is provided in the lounge for that 5th person if required. A baby's travel cot is available. A small obedient dog is also welcome, subject to approval at booking stage and an additional cost of £25.00.
Swift Cottage is well equipped and has the distinction of a vaulted ceiling with exposed beams, and open first floor gallery. A wood burning stove and electric heaters keep you warm on those chilly nights. From the rear door of Swift it is a short walk to the pool and games room.
