Villa Vessela is a free standing house with private garden located in Tondol, Anda Pangasinan. The villa faces the sandy beach which is less than 100 metres and 1 min walk Balconies have stunning sea views and tropical garden.
Relaxing and peaceful- no traffic and pollution.
Secure, safe place , high fence and gate.
Free parking inside the compound.
Free entrance to the beach.
The villa is inside the 700 sq m with the 2 kubos behind and can be rented for birthdays, reunions or outings.

It is not too touristy yet still undiscovered. Pollution free traffic free. Separate dining and lounge and kitchen. . Sleeps 10 . Up to 13 but with extra charge. Mobile data and click hotspot and share. Good signal. Fully air conditioned upstairs and downstairs , TV, Fridge and fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs -separate toilet and shower with hot water. No smoking inside the villa. Villa guests can use the external toilets x 2 and shower x 1 and just few steps from the villa. Re pets ask the owner first. Soiled linens 500 pesos. Lost keys 500 pesos. No smoking inside the villa and balconies.
You can also use the kitchen kubo that is fully equipped for frying .

Things to do and see:
1, 100 island tour - all day tour includes the COral island and Tanduyong island. Up to 14 persons is 4000 pesos . Cheaper if you join other tourists
2. Island hopping- short 2-3 hours to Coral island and Tanduyong island. Boat is 1000 pesos and add 100 pesos per person. 3.
3..Traditional salt making -on the way to Tondol Beach. It is free to see how salt is made the old way but please buy some salt to help the locals.
4. Try the binongey native cake cooked in bamboo , a local dessert. Longganssa- local sausage from Anda or Alaminos.
5. Snorkeling and swimming, please bring snorkeling gear with you including aqua shoes and sun protection.
6. Insect repellent- like all island holiday places , there are insects.
Fully equipped kitchen. Bring your cooked and uncooked food specially those who are spending 1 night only , to enjoy the beach instead of shopping.

I don't stay on site but the caretaker who lives nearby. She will welcome the guests , give the keys and show you around. We can arrange boat tours but guests are encouraged to do it themselves by market research etc.
Wifi- Use mobile data . Strong signal.
Guests are responsible for babysitting cooking shopping etc. If you need services then it will be charged.
Please leave keys on the table before departure.
