The Green Kubo is made of bamboo and acacia floors for a rustic village feel, surrounded by coconut , mango and malunggay trees and walking distance to the beach less than 100 m , no steps.
It has 1 queen bed ( 2 persons) and 2 single bunk beds (2 persons) and 1 single bed ( 1 person) Toilet and shower with hot water system . It fully air conditioned with TV plus and fridge. It has a front balcony where you can sit drink and chat with your friends or family.
Wifi -please bring you own pocket wifi or mobile data usage and click hospot to share. Good signal.
The bamboo furnitures have just been varnished . Please don't hang wet clothes but hang them on the clothes line provided. Re pets, let us know early if bringing pets . No smoking allowed inside the kubo.
Please conserve water as we don't have the Nawasa or Council water just now.

Things to do and see:
1. Boat tour- from Tondol Beach to 100 islands, island hopping to Cory Island, Tanduyong Island is 1 hour ride all day and private boat hire is 3500 pesos cheaper if you join other tourists. Cheaper to hire from Alaminos 30 min ie 2 adults 2 kids at 2000 pesos Do your market resesrch. This is 2017 price. Guests are encouraged to arrange their boat trips.
2. Boat tour- Mangroves- guests arrange boat hire
3. Traditional Salt making- freshly cooked and buy to take home. Stop on the way to Tondol Beach.
4. Binongey rice cake cooked in bamboo is a local dessert and Alaminos longanissa/sausage is delicious. Available in Alaminos Bolinao and Anda.
5 Bolinao Falls- before turning right to Anda, on the left side you go in and about 3.5 km of ragged narrow road undeveloped are the falls with cool soothing waters. There are steep stairs. 20 pesos to park in a basic place and 50 pesos to hire bamboo raft. From Tondol Beach to the falls is about 13 km.

I don't live there in the premises but a manager /caretaker looks after the property/guests. Babysitting, cooking, shopping are done by guests not the caretaker. Please bring your own food, drinks ,maid etc . There is a restaurant next to us and cater for local Philippine dishes.
Please adhere to the number of guests booked or extra guest will get charged.
Please be careful with water usage as we don't have Nawasa or Council water just now. We rely on a well and pay water delivery. Please conserve water and recycle to water the plants and trees. We give you potable water durig your stay.
