Welcome to our apartment, near "Leça da Palmeira" city beach, that was recently renewed and it´s situated in Matosinhos Area/ Porto District:
- 8 minutes walking to Leça beach;
- 20 minutes to Airport, by car;
- 15/20/30 minutes to Porto downtown, by car/taxi, bus or metro, respectively (depending on traffic).

The apartment overview is relaxing with lovely front and back gardens. There're also lots of shops around the apartment block (cafes, grocery and bakery stores, hairdresser and beautician, etc.) and the shopping mall with cinema and IKEA is about 2 km. You have great connections to O´Porto downtown from bus and taxi terminals near Leça Church (about 5/10 minutes walking from the fact) and from "Mercado" metro station (about 20-30 minutes walking from the flat).

Why is "Leça da Palmeira" city magic for us? Find for yourself... Take a walk in Leça see front, from Marina to the Light House. Have a drink in "Casa de Chá" (Tea House). Bring your kids to the salty swimming pool in "Leça" beach - Siza Vieria well-know portuguese architect works, born in Matosinhos. Great beaches for surf pratice or experience diving or sailing with "Leça" Marina instructors. Learn how to ride a horse in "Leça" Equestrian Center. Walk through the bridge to Matosinhos city and experience "Porto de Leixões" - the harbour comercial life. Go to "L' Kodac" Bar and enjoy the view on a couch near the sand and sea. Walk in "Quinta da Conceição" gardens - free entrance (with court tennis and swimming pool available for the summer time) or "Quinta de Santiago" gardens. Experience the night life in "Batô" boat disco. Enjoy familiar bar called "45" with friendly pets that will share the space with you (great fireplace in cold weather). Don´t miss "Bit Bar", a pub in the old tower castle, near the apartment (back garden).

In "Matosinhos Sul" metro station, you can enjoy "Matosinhos" beaches and sea front, eat in traditional fishing restaurants near the fish market and experience the local night life. Then you can take a longer walk or rent a bike and go to "Foz" beaches or "Boavista" Avenue. You will be atonished with the charming mansions. Visit the Porto City Park - "Parque da Cidade". There you can relax in the rustic house bar ("Matosinhos" beach or "Boavista" Avenue" entrance). Visit Serralves Museum and Gardens along "Boavista" Avenue tour. Enjoy the modern architecture and sculptures along and stop at "Casa da Música" for a magnificent concert! - "Casa da Música" metro station. Also, "Trindade", "Aliados", "Bolhão" and "São Bento" metro stations will take you to the heart of Porto, namely in "Douro" River and Wines caves and "Ribeira" medieval historic center.
