This stylish studio, recently renovated, is located on the first floor of a building in the peaceful area of Karfas. It is just 300m away from the beach, 3,5km from the airport and 7km from the port and the town. It has a bedroom/living room, a small workspace, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a spacious balcony with a view, and a lot of storage space. It is ideal for couples, small families or group of friends, as it can accommodate up to 3 people.
