-2min walk to the nearest bus stop on Amagerbrogade

-10min bike ride to city's biggest green area Amager Common
-15min bike ride to the central harbourfront Islands Brygge
-5min walk to the Amager shopping center
- Grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, bakeries and specialized stores - all in a few minute walking distance
