Neighborhood is quiet with access to public transportation (bus and subway/ vehicle is faster) to DC and surrounding sites- US Capitol, The White House, subway stop at Reagan Nat'l Airport, MGM Grand Casino at National Harbor, museums & theaters, George Washington Estate, etc. Spacious two-level home; basically lower level is guest space with private bath, mini fridge, microwave, large flat screen TV in family room.

Guest space is totally a separate and private living space. Large TV/family room for relaxing after a day of sightseeing, meeting etc. Included is cozy fireplace for the cold season. Neighborhood is friendly and safe with morning and evening walkers/strollers. Enjoy sitting/relaxing on the deck if desired.
My location is approximately five miles from MGM Grand Casino which is in the same vicinity as the National Harbor/Gaylord Hotel and the Tanger Outlet for additional shopping and eating options.

Neighborhood is located near community library, coffee shops, grocery stores, hospital Walmart, Post Offices and several other eateries and shops. The immediate area consist of single family homes with lawns, trees -- without commercial business/buildings; thus, providing a quiet family-like atmosphere.

I enjoy bowling, reading, church and other volunteer opportunities, traveling, gardening, visiting museums, attending live shows and spending time with family. Over a span of time, travel has taken me near and far. Some examples are, but not inclusive...Paris, Alaska, Hong Kong, London, Hawaii, Grand Canyon, etc.
