'360' is an excellent base to enjoy a weekend getaway or a longer relaxing stay. The new apartment is thoughtfully designed, meticulously maintained and prepared to exacting standards.
Outside Decking/Balcony – shaded outdoor sitting area with BBQ to enjoy the fantastic views over the creek to vineyards, olive groves and distant hills. From its elevated location the apartment's decking is the ideal viewing platform to see the abundant bird life and resident mob of kangaroos. It is also an ideal 'chill-out' spot to sip a glass of McLaren Vale wine while absorbing the stunning scenery or enjoying a sunset.
The accommodation has a modern country style. The main living area has a well appointed kitchen with fridge, microwave/convection/grill, induction hob, kettle, toaster, plunger coffee etc. Dining table with picture window framing awe inspiring views over the vale to the hills. Included are provisions for your breakfast - cereal, toast, fresh juice, tea & coffee.
When relaxing inside there is a leather sofa and a flat screen TV.
The large bedroom has a comfy king sized bed with premium linen, plenty of storage and a TV/DVD combo.The en-suite shower room is light, fully tiled and modern .

About the location: Our guest accommodation is located 40 kms South of Adelaide in the heart of the Fleurieu Peninsula. We are just a few minutes from the region’s best beaches and a coastline that enjoys sunsets over the water. Ideally situated in Mclaren Vale close to over 70 local wineries. Several cellar doors are within easy walking distance so you are able to enjoy the wine tasting without having to drive afterwards. The town also has excellent cafes and restaurants.
Our southern boundary adjoins the ‘Coast to Vines Rail Trail’. This is a walking / cycle track on the route of the historic Willunga to Adelaide railway line which allows access to beaches and local towns.
Willunga Farmers Market (Open every Saturday, 8am - 12:30pm) was the first farmers market in the state and is still one of the best. It gathers the best Fleurieu produce from the land and sea in one bustling spot. Artisans also showcase their jams, baked goods, chocolates and cheeses at the weekly market.

Originally from the UK, we have lived in McLaren Vale for 16 years. Our background is banking and automotive design engineering which has enabled us to live and work in various countries. We now enjoy the mild Adelaide climate while developing our sustainable rural property which we built ourselves. We enjoy the regions coast/scenery and the fine food and wine available. We have travelled independently with our 3 sons around Australia, USA and much of Europe with focus on natural wonders and meeting the locals. As hosts we respect your privacy and as we live on the same property we will be available for any questions or if you would like any local tips or advice on places to visit /where to eat.
