Everyday is a celebration at Duck Hollow! Our guests say the Little House is "a clean, comfortable home away from home." Other words used: a "hidden gem," a "serene hideaway," and a "private paradise." We are on-site hosts, dedicated to making your visit to Bend, and the Little House at Duck Hollow, special.

Beginning in October 2020, the Little House transitioned to **long term** rentals within the airbnb system (30 min nights to 120 max nights). Make your reservation now for 2023! Price says $50 per night, but regular per month costs will be $1200 - $1300 with discounts. All utilities are paid. This price does NOT include airbnb fee.

Quick note: Due to our 2022 (extensive) bathroom remodel, which shut down the Little House for the year, airbnb delisted us as Superhosts. However, we will ALWAYS be Superhosts to our guests!

We are consistently delighted that the Little House is such a fun place to visit, and are grateful for our sweet guests. We are so lucky :)

The Little House at Duck Hollow is a private (detached), self-catering guest cottage (with TONS of amenities) located in midtown Bend. Your comfy accommodations (almost 700 sq. ft) include a private entrance and private parking for 2 cars (directly in front of the tucked-back LH, not on the street), a full kitchen, with range, refrigerator and dining area, a library/2nd semi-private sleeping area for one person, a bathroom with shower, and a private master bedroom. The Little House fits 3 people comfortably. The hot tub is just steps from your front door. All of this, and about 3 minutes to downtown Bend (where every hour is happy hour, every night is Friday night, and every day is a celebration).

The Little House is a whimsical, serene space in an edgy, diverse neighborhood...and amazingly convenient to everything Bend and Central Oregon have to offer! There are many entertainment options within walking distance, and much more within a 3 minute drive to downtown Bend. Depending on your season of choice, the Little House is the perfect place to relax after skiing, biking, climbing, running, walking, fishing, birding, surfing in the whitewater park, or whatever..... :)

We want your stay to be as calm, or as adventurous, as you want it to be. Let us know your interests, and we'll have recommendations available. We've been blessed with our guests, who say and write kind words about their experience at the Little House. We love it when guests choose to "stay home" at the LH because "it's so relaxing." And the best compliments we get are unsaid, unwritten, seen in their smiles. Pretty cool.

The Little House is within a fully-fenced area, so it is very safe and private. Robes are available for guests, as are shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, lotion, etc. The floor is concrete and tile, with rugs, so bring your fuzzy slippers :)

Our neighborhood is experiencing a renaissance, is eclectic and diverse, is centrally located (near the creative Midtown area), and just minutes from downtown and all major roadways. We have a great brewery (Crux Fermentation), along with MANY restaurants within walking distance.

We are easy-going baby boomers. Kevin is involved in environmental and social issues, as well as GIS mapping, and Debby is a retired mental health counselor. We moved from Colorado to Bend in order to be closer to the outdoor activities we adore (skiing, kayaking, hiking, biking, etc.). We've made lifestyle decisions that give us more opportunity to choose play over work, so we consider ourselves quite brilliant :)

We love to laugh, and have an optimistic view of living life. If there's a silver lining, we'll find it.

Our goal is to share what we know about the Central Oregon experience, and guide our guests, when asked. Bend and the surrounding areas have everything you need to experience fun, excitement, and serenity. We have it all!
