Located in the most desirable Lakewood neighborhood, the Edgewater Towers Condo is just in front of the lake, with a huge backyard to enjoy the amazing lake-view and have a good time.- Very comfortable-quiet & non-smoking environment the Edgewater Towers Condo amenities includes laundry, swimming pool, workout room access and we provide indoor parking space for one car and bikes. Unfortunately building´s policies don´t allow pets.
The place has a living room with comfortable couch and chairs, book shelves, cabinet, dinning space, four large closets, a bedroom that includes a full size comfy bed and dresser for your belongings. A fully equipped kitchen with cooking supplies, electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, toaster and garbage disposal. The apartment has central heater, air conditioning, features wi-fi hi-speed internet, hair dryer and ironing stuff, and full bath.- We provide bath and bed clothes.- Price includes once a week cleaning service for the apartment (without laundry and dishwashing). Only one time $50 final cleaning fee.
The entire place was newly furnished in the winter of 2013 and is available by week or by month.-
